ARCH masterplanned this staged development of a new business park on a disused tank farm site at a new industrial subdivision.

This large scale project for the Toll Group is located at Altona, Victoria. It includes the design and documentation of five buildings on the 538ha site, consisting of a national administration office, operational offices and transit warehouses, truck workshop and service station. The workshop is for the ongoing maintenance and servicing of the Toll truck fleet and has four trailer bays, two recessed service pits, one recessed tyre service bay, drive through wash bay, amenities, parts storage and office facilities.

The business park masterplan of the 19 Lots over a total site area of 50.3 hectares includes completed projects for Toll Express Operations Office, Toll Express Transit Warehouse and Regional Office, NQX Transit Warehouse and Operations Office.
