Co-located with Shortland Waters Golf Course, Shortland Waters Retirement Village provides spacious modern retirement living in a lifestyle village surrounded by bushland and adjacent the University of Newcastle.  In addition to the golf club, the village also contains its own community centre and a Residential Aged Care Facility is included in the masterplan.

All units are capable of adaptation to facilitate aging in place with compliance to SEPP Seniors codes and they also feature parking and charging for golf carts.

ARCH have undertaken the construction documentation as well as construction services for Stages 4 and 5.

Our registration under the NSW Building Design Practitioners Act has allowed us to undertake this role given the Class 2 buildings in the Village. Currently Stage 4A is occupied, Stage 4B on sale, Stage 5A in construction and Stage 5B in construction documentation.
