GFG Office Sydney is approximately 2,800 sqm of office space located in 8 Chifley Square. It occupies top four levels of the tower including the open roof space.


The client is looking at complete refurbishment of all four levels, including the furniture, partitions and finishes, as current fitout was done for previous tenant and does not suit their current needs.

Client's brief of "recognising that change is a constant in the world, we are dynamic in that we seek to drive change rather than let it drive us" and "We are committed to creating a sustainable future for industry and society, and aim to become the most sustainable industry group in our sectors by 2030 through our CN30 initiative" were the main conceptual drivers for the fitout design.

We maximised indoor environment quality, efficient light control and incorporated sustainably-sourced materials. The fitout is a contemporary, refined, and with industrial influence of timeless design with minimal touches, contrasts and accents.
