David Rose

Principal Architect | Chairperson

For 40 years, David has been a significant contributor to the design and procurement of major architecture projects. His understanding of the ‘big picture’ aspects of development has lead to his focus on urban planning and strategy for large scale mixed use, residential and urban design projects.

He is a strong commercial thinker with a wide business network, who is highly valued by our clients for his direct approach and clear communication style as well as his effective technical skills. Passionate about unlocking the hidden and overlooked value in our urban fabric, David is the author of many successful schemes for both greenfield and brownfield developments, while also looking to innovative adaptive reuse of significant buildings in both regional and inner city areas. As a result, David is a highly regarded architect, masterplanner and urban designer.

David is a strong contributor to the architecture profession, having served on the AIA NSW chapter and Chairman of its Newcastle Division, as well as PCA and Business Hunter committees. He is currently the Chairman of Suters Holdings Board.
